Special Facilities

Where there is a volume of basically similar cases, such as those that arise from enforcement of real estate mortgages, automobiles lease, the implementation of cooperative and condominium or syndication offerings, or similar instances where the same legal problem arise and have to either settled or adjudicated, the firm is especially able to develop and provide high quality, but economical legal services because of Ronald S. Kahn's early experience as an engineer and lawyer who designed, developed and implemented the use of electronic systems for communications satellites and control applications and because of his ongoing and continuing experience and interest in computer technology.
