Our staff is here for the client and the broker day in and day out, helping the client achieve the ultimate workout through our joint efforts. Mr. Kahn’s successful past experience in this area includes hundreds of foreclosures and reinstatements for GoldDome Bank and its Co-Op clients. He now wants to ensure that everyone has a chance to save his/her home, credit standing and equity. Our office envisions this engagement as a partnership between the borrower, the broker, the lender and our firm.
Ronald S. Kahn
A sophisticated real estate attorney (50% transactional, 50% litigation) with extensive experience in: purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, coops and condos; refinance/mortgage lending; real estate finance and syndication; mortgage foreclosures, workouts and receiverships; coop/condo conversions; Coop and Condo Board representation; innovative business deals and analytical concepts. He has excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
Mr. Kahn graduated Columbia University School of Law in 1971, received a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1965 and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York in 1961. He is admitted to practice law, among other courts, before the Supreme Court of the United States since 1976. Mr. Kahn is active on many Bar Association committees related to real estate law. He has held numerous pro bono positions in various community groups ranging from organizing blood drives to treasurer and board member of a not-for-profit mediation and conflict resolution organization.
Rosalie Kahn
Ms. Kahn has dedicated her life to helping families improve their quality of life. She began her career in the employment business, finding jobs for individuals who were unemployed or just looking to take the next step Through her dedication and success, Ms. Kahn advanced through the ranks to become a co-owner of the agency. After eleven years at the agency, she decided to change course and went to work at LaGuardia Community College as the Co-coordinator of Employment Services. She made numerous strides at LaGuardia Community College, in the mid-90 through 2005, when she implemented many different programs to assist people, who were formally homeless, destitute, on welfare, or ex-convicts, to reenter society, obtain jobs and find housing. In 2005, Ms. Kahn joined her brother Ron at his Law Office, in his pursuit to help borrowers experiencing financial hardship, save their homes. Ms. Kahn's social sensitivities allow the firm to reach out to those facing the loss of their homes and to give them hope and help.

Izabela Oliveras
Ms. Oliveras is one of those unusual persons with a perpetual smile on her face - always helpful, knowledgeable, and cooperative. One of her finest traits is that she knows what she does not know and is not afraid to either research the answer or ask. She is with the firm for approximately 7 years and is Mr. Kahn's "designated hitter". If he is not available, she can always help you. One of the finest real estate paralegals in the City of New York. She has closed hundreds of coop and condo apartments, appropriately orders and reviews title searches.
