We are continually bombarded by requests for infomation concerning our coops. As a manager, we are expected to have 27 different forms of "Coop Data" available for each bank, comparable sales and a different "Coop Data" sheet for the appraiser. As a officer or director, or the attorney for the coop, we are once again asked for this data too, in addition to info concerning recognition agreements, lead paint, plan amendments, house rules....

In an attempt to provide some semblance of balance, I propose the following application form. It is the products of years of experience. I think, unless I made a gross misteak [Grin], that it will ably servce the needs of the seller, purchaser, bank, appraiser, coop corporation, managing agent and thank you, the attorney.
